An 'extreme' heat-wave in Western Australia raises the risk of bush fires. The Bureau of Meteorology issues an 'extreme heat-wave warning' for the Pilbara and Gascoyne areas. Temperatures could reach the high forties, with Paraburdoo expecting a maximum of 47 degrees Celsius.
